Sports and physical activity
Here, I will once again attempt to briefly synthesize what has already been repeatedly discussed in the previous sections. Sport without fanaticism, without the prefix “big,” and without being tied to the state machine — this is good. Physical education, sports, and any kind of physical activity not only make a person healthier and more resilient in life’s battles. Special physical exercises are a jolt, extremely necessary for homo sapiens, especially for those living in the constant stress of 21st-century metropolises.
If we add to all this the fact that humanity exists within the strict confines of rules and regulations (about which sometimes it doesn’t even suspect), established by the System, then the fact that only a small percentage of the 7-8 billion souls inhabiting our planet have come to the realising the fact that sport is like oxygen in a poorly ventilated room becomes even more astonishing.
Yes, you can manage without it, but what’s the point of breathing something unclear when right next to you, literally just a few meters away, lies a transparent bag with pure, precious air? You just need to make an effort, not be lazy, reach out your hand, and the quality of life will change beyond recognition… Some, however, are unable to take even this first step, let alone the rest.
Sports and physical education have also combined in themselves with some other methods that help a human in overcoming the pull of the System. Healthy physical activity encompasses almost everything: play, art, elements of improvisation, the development of physical strength, endurance, reaction speed, the development of creative and intellectual thinking, character building, willpower etc.
I have often noticed in myself that after active physical exertion or an intense workout, the reality of the Matrix seems to shift (in a good way), and you look at many processes with a fresher, more complete perspective; at the same time, you perceive other things completely dispassionately, in spite of the fact that in another situation they would have caused an irritation, fear, dissatisfaction, or some other negative emotion.Unfortunately, mere physical activity alone cannot keep a person out of the Matrix for a long time, so sport must necessarily go hand in hand with other ways and methods of overcoming “systemic” barriers: for example, in tandem with spiritual practices, which we will discuss in more detail in the next chapter.
In my opinion, the more a man moves (whether it’s running, some physical exercises, sports games, regular long-distance walking, anything at all), the freer they feel. Free from everything. From negative emotions and thoughts that only burden an already difficult existence in the Matrix; from any uncomfortable sensations in the physical body; from life circumstances; from the opinions of others and, perhaps most importantly, from one’s own “cockroaches,” which often poison a person’s existence, preventing them from fully enjoying life and realizing themselves to the fullest in any given field of activity.
Physical activity combined with targeted physical loads (plus the effect of all the aforementioned) provides that unique combination of the physical transmitter (the body) of a person in the Matrix with the spirit of the individual. The latter, however, pertains to other, higher dimensions (being, in essence, an immortal category) of reality and does not belong to the Matrix.

The Book of Your Life
“Stepping outside the System is not an open, destructive war. It is the creation of an underground, far-reaching network of free people united by a single noble goal.”
