Humour
Another way to leave the Matrix is through laughter (humour and self-irony also count). Laughter makes a man more relaxed and straightforward, allowing him to look at himself from the outside and relieve excess tension. Judge for yourselves: humour reduces the level of aggression (and, consequently, diverts it from excessive belligerence and the desire to consciously or unconsciously destroy one’s kind), helps a person in difficult life situations to, in fact, remain human without falling into extremes.
Humour, in a way, is akin to play: by laughing, a person seems to amuse himself with the surrounding reality and, rising above it, observes its forms and metamorphoses from above in a cloud of sensation that I would call close to pure perception. Probably, during the process of laughter, the human body produces happiness hormones, acting simultaneously on the mental and physiological state (endorphins or something like that, I’m not a specialist. By the way, the term “endorphin” comes from the ancient Greek “Morpheus,” which means “shaping dreams” – author’s note).
The value of humour also lies in the fact that it, in a sense, provides a sense of empathy and unity among people. Unity based on something common and profound, which, in my opinion, is on a higher level than any political, economic, or even familial-social archetypes. And this unity is worth a lot.
Interestingly that there is no feedback loop here. If the existence of intelligence without humour is possible (computers, robots, highly intelligent machines, etc.), then humour without intelligence certainly would not arise.
– Humour breaks down barriers, makes diplomacy and politics more skilful, helps a talented bearer of this sense become the life of the party and a welcome guest in any home, makes seducing a girl easier and more enjoyable (after all, it is humor that creates a relaxed, easygoing atmosphere from which everything else follows), and also supports a person in difficult moments of life.
– It is important to remember that humour is our powerful weapon in the fight against the System: I would even say that for the System, it is like nuclear weapons, if, of course, it is used correctly.
Humour is the most valuable discovery of human civilization. After all, irony and humour are not characteristic of any other beings inhabiting the Earth. Only homo sapiens is endowed with this unique ability to laugh not only at the shortcomings and various phenomena of our world but also at themselves. Which is already an art in itself. In my opinion, without laughter and humour, humanity would be nothing more than a pitiful army of highly intelligent robots, incapable of reproducing and expressing strong emotions.

The Book of Your Life
“Stepping outside the System is not an open, destructive war. It is the creation of an underground, far-reaching network of free people united by a single noble goal.”
