Epilogue. Chapter number "0": reboot and reset of all processes
The meaning of any activity lies beyond its limits. You can spend a long time engaging in a particular activity and achieve success in it, but in the end, it turns out that all of it was just part of a plan to achieve a greater and more global goal. Surprisingly, but often this is not related at all to the initial type of activity. To see and more or less objectively evaluate the Matrix, one can only do so by stepping outside its limits.
While you are inside, you are a diligent cog in the System, diligently performing your function and firmly convinced that you are doing something universally beneficial. You are neither bad nor good — you are simply “asleep.” The “sleeping” patient of some medical institution, undergoing inpatient treatment and believing in the miraculous power of medicine. Every day waiting for the doctor: for him to come into the ward and give the magical injection. The doctor will come, there is no doubt about it. And the injection to the patient will soon follow. There is only one hitch: the syringe each time contains not medicine, but a slow-acting, potent poison…
– The idea of the Matrix as a machine for producing illusions, as well as the social programming of humans for their own needs, is by no means new. Beside Sartre, Heinlein, Baudrillard, and others, the threads lead back to the times of Plato and Pythagoras. Bertrand Russell, the Nobel laureate, interestingly remarked about Pythagoras: “All systems inspired by Pythagoras tend toward transcendence; they attribute all values to an invisible unity in God and condemn the visible world as false and illusory, as a murky medium in which the rays of divine light are refracted and scattered amidst darkness and fog.” (B. Russell, “A History of Western Philosophy”). Apparently, even then, several hundred years BC, Pythagoras harmoniously integrated the prototype of the Matrix into his philosophy.
– Do you hear that? Some kind of noise…or rather, no, more like a hum. For now, it’s faint, but already quite discernible. A sound like this is heard by a person when he presses his ear to the ground or to a railroad track, feeling the approach of a train with every cell of his body. The source of the noise is far away, it hasn’t even approached our line of sight yet… but the feeling of mystery, wrapped in fear, curiosity, and some kind of mystical inevitability, is there… the feeling that something monumental is about to happen, and no force on earth can stop this process… This sound symbolizes the destruction of the old and, at the same time, the beginning of a new world, a new stage, a new path…
– Now, it’s not just a faint noise or hum…a distinct, well-defined roar of engines can be heard everyplace, symbolizing imminent and inevitable changes. Changes and transformations in our personal lives, in the lives of our countries, continents… in the life of our entire, such a fragile and vulnerable blue planet. Moreover, now you can not only hear but also see the source of the noise: in the distance, on a wide runway illuminated by the midday sun, a huge, magnificent liner is slowly rolling out… it only seems that it is so enormous and unwieldy. In the sky, I assure you, everything will be completely different. There, up above, the airship will first overcome the supersonic barrier, and then the light barrier, and at the peak of its capabilities, it will fly into the unknown… After an eternity (or perhaps just a few moments), the airliner will take us to the final destination of its route, and we will find ourselves beyond the Matrix: at an airport called “New World.” In the morning, pre-dawn pink light, it seems especially attractive…

The Book of Your Life
“Stepping outside the System is not an open, destructive war. It is the creation of an underground, far-reaching network of free people united by a single noble goal.”
